Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a manufacturing company in Kansas City, MO who is seeking a Quality Manager with at least 5 years' experience in a Quality leadership capacity to join their team. The ideal candidate has a proven ability achieving highest quality levels with exceptional customer service standards. This position offers competitive salary and an excellent benefits package!

Responsibilities:

• Drive plant quality through proper integration of the Quality Management System to prevent issues and ensure customer requirements are met
  
• Ensure quality audits are completed regularly and any resulting corrective actions are improved upon timely
  
• Manage customer KPIs and communicate related actions to leadership, developing action plans to achieve goals
  
• Ensure all customer complaints are investigated and initiate root cause analysis to address the complaints and implement actionable items to avoid future problems
  
• Direct plant activities toward achieving all industry quality requirements
  
• Manage the quality team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and goal setting/appraisals
  
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to enhance overall plant quality and address daily issues
  
• Other duties as assigned
  Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Leadership
    
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    
  • Automotive manufacturing experience highly preferred
    Travel: Occasional travel to customer locations
    
    Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
    
    Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
