Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership within your assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Lend your merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
