Responsibilities:
--- Do pop-by's, thank you's, and congratulations gifts to Real Estate offices!
--- Maintain a working relationship with our Realtors to help their business
--- Constantly work on attracting and recruiting new Realtors to learn about what we do so they'll want to work with us
--- Attend events in Real Estate offices
--- Attend industry events with Derek McGowan to help network
--- Opportunity for paid travel for work events as well

Qualifications:
--- You would be trained to be our billboard when making calls or doing in-person meetings with Realtors
--- Representing McGowan Mortgages at industry events, alongside Derek McGowan to help deepen our connections with our Realtor partners
--- A good communicator must be personable and able to befriend our partners
--- Consistent, follow-up is key. We help train on this as well
--- Aspirations to grow. We want someone who wants to level up with us
--- Sales experience is helpful. Our Inside Sales team will sell the clients, but your role is to sell our Realtors on you and McGowan Mortgages
--- Reliable transportation
