YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEThe Director of Digital
Product Management for Martech & Consumer Data will lead a
high-performing team of group product managers, product managers,
and product owners dedicated to shaping the strategic vision and
multi-year roadmap for our digital product portfolio in the martech
and consumer data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will prioritize a
consumer-centric approach, leveraging data-driven insights to
inform decision-making and ensure our products meet the evolving
needs of our customers while driving business growth. This role
requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, data
analytics and modeling, and marketing technology trends to enhance
our product offerings.Key responsibilities include fostering
collaboration across cross-functional teams-including data science,
insights & analytics, loyalty, marketing, and IT-to deliver
exceptional digital experiences that resonate with consumers. The
candidate must exhibit strong leadership skills, a deep
understanding of market dynamics in the martech landscape, and the
ability to effectively communicate the product vision to
stakeholders at all levels.Essential Duties & Accountabilities:
- Team Development: Oversee and mentor group product managers,
product managers, and product owners, promoting a culture of
innovation, accountability, product delivery excellence and
continuous improvement.
- Strategic Product Vision & Roadmap Development: Develop and
articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the
overall business goals and addresses consumer needs. Lead the
creation and iteration of a multi-year product roadmap,
prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, consumer
feedback and market research.
- Product Delivery: Drive advocacy and adoption of the product
lifecycle process within your team. Lead with a mindset of
data-driven decision making and a consumer centric approach, to
effectively deliver the product initiatives aligned to the business
priorities. The ability to execute upon the roadmap - consistently,
rapidly and effectively will be critical.
- Consumer Centric & Data-Driven: Integrate consumer feedback and
insights into product decisions. Utilize analytics and performance
metrics to inform product strategy, measure success, and identify
areas for enhancement or innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technology,
delivery, experience design & research and business stakeholders
across multiple business units to ensure successful product
development and launch, fostering effective communication and
alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product strategies,
progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key
stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for product
initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging
technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new
opportunities and threats, adapting strategies as necessary.BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work
experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience in product management, leading a
team of product managers
- Experience developing and executing successful digital product
strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver new
products or services in an omnichannel environment
- Experience using data and metrics to justify requirements,
build business cases and measure product performance
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
through communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities
simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Experience in Agile methodologies and product management tools
(e.g., JIRA)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10 years of experience in product management
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on
fostering collaboration and professional growth
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering
outstanding user experiencesADDITIONAL DETAILS
- The salary range for this job is between $140,000 and $190,000.
