We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What It's LikeJoin our dynamic IT Business Operations team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in vendor management, budget and fiscal compliance, and leadership collaboration. This 12-week paid internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with IT internal and external strategic partners and ensure the smooth operation of our IT organization.What You'll Do

• Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts for IT internal and external strategic partners.
• Help ensure budget and fiscal compliance across the entire IT organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management: Support the management of vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Budget and Fiscal Compliance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining budgetary controls, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with IT leadership to support strategic initiatives and projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions through analysis, process mapping and reporting; utilize AI capabilities for process improvements.
  • Team Support: Participate in team meetings, provide updates on assigned tasks, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.What It Takes
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Power BI and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Minimum Qualifications
      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States
      • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
