The Technical Analyst uses DevOps practices and tools to analyze
and deliver predictable and repeatable solution design artifacts
that enable continuous solution delivery by domain DevOps and
operations teams.Job Description:A Technical Analyst in the CMDB
Governance Team is a Service Now CMDB Librarian / Data Stewart who
will:
- Identify, prioritize and remediate CMDB data quality
issues.
- Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and processes adhere to
organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best
practices.
- Ensure that users have a positive experience with the
ServiceNow platform, meeting their needs and expectations
effectively
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and end users like
application owners, network engineers, hardware asset distribution
center, retail business unit to remediate data issues as
needed.
- Work in a dynamic team environment and experienced in Agile
process.Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Writing & Communications
- Translates business requests (Customer Journey's, EPIC's, or
Business User Stories) into technical user stories, system
diagrams, and low-level design documents, taking into consideration
potential data sources.
- Assists in the development of design specifications and
deliverables that support system functions and enhancements.
- Solutions analysis and Design
- Participates in functional scope analysis and detailed solution
design of the processes/systems impacted on work plan for each
project assigned.
- Identifies improvements to project efficiency, speed and
quality within domain and makes recommendations to team
leaders.
- Project Engagement
- Maintains and communicates project risks, team activities and
project status to team leads, project managers, and
leadership.
- Solution Planning
- Collaborates with business and IT partner teams to develop
business capability and technology roadmaps, provides education on
potential process and system solution options, and drives
business/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities.
- Participates in analysis and translation of business,
information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions
that meet business needs.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry
experience may be considered. (Required)Work Experience:2-4 years
Related work experience. (Required)Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Software Development Proficient in modern software
development, integration and delivery practices using DevOps and

Target: 10%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a
successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual
pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will
vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular,
non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions
in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on
