Focus on Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition at T-Mobile as part of the broader Employee Experience team in HR.

Position affords opportunity to work with members across the Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition teams, learning about different facets of engagement, such as recognition, communications, programming, strategy and more.

What You'll Do
Position would be responsible for implementation of special engagement and/or recognition projects to create a positive impact on day-to-day experience of T-Mobile employees.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Special project execution
  • Drafting communications
  • Reconciliation of expenses/budgeting
  • Submission and support of Zendesk ticketing
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assignedRole requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate programs, including some evenings.What It Takes
    • Role requires attention to detail, an understanding of customer service and an interest in employee experience.
    • Strong written communication skills and the ability to add voice to content you create
    • Experience with data analytics
    • Interest in developing basic deck and strategy story telling skills
    • Confidently engages in conversations with all employees (regardless of authority level)
    • Experience with MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Project planning experience and skills including organization, communication, prioritization, and timeline management
    • Excited to jump into a fast pace, rapid growth eco-system that learns and leverages new toolsMinimum Qualifications
      • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States
      • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
      • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
