Job Description:

? Works with varying business units to facilitate the design of cross functional business processes.

? Elicit (via technical interviews with users/groups of users) Business Unit process requirements.

? Identifies and translates complex, multi-dimensional business processes into simplified, streamlined processes models to include cross organization processes.

? Analyze and document business requirements based on assessment of dependencies and complexities.

? Analyze and design business/system workflows for complex projects.

? Works closely with the Sr. Manager of Business Process and Analysis Management to identify process pain points and to communicate effectively the impact to the process.

? Compose and facilitate professional presentations to include quality and audience centric documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

? Requires a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or certification equivalency.

? Requires 3 years in process reengineering, application design, or business analysis.

? Additional years of experience considered in lieu of education.

? Requires effective leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

? Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.

? Requires professional documentation and effective business presentation skills.

? Requires proficient use of Microsoft suite products
