Senior Manager, IT Service DeliveryPosition Summary:Catalent is

shift.The Senior Manager, IT Service Delivery, is a matrix role
with accountability to both IT service delivery and site business
units.-- The role has responsibility for the overall IT business
relationship management and local IT enablement at the Kansas City,
MO campus. The campus consists of multiple buildings across three
businesses, CDS Early Phase, CDS Clinical and BioAnalytics. The
Senior Manager, IT Service Delivery will execute the site IT
Strategy in coordination with Catalent's Global IT standards and
solutions. Will partner with site functional business leaders to
ensure site and global IT are delivering appropriate service levels
to support site operations and is planning a roadmap for site
digital maturity. This individual will be a member of campus
leadership with the goal to continuously assess, plan, and improve
operational performance and compliance with IT solutions and
services.--The Senior Manager, IT Service Delivery will also be
responsible for ensuring that client-related technical issues are
resolved in a quick and proper manner. This individual will have a
strong IT background with previous leadership experience. This
position will require significant interaction with internal
clients, IT associates, and third-party serviceproviders. The
Senior Manager requires a strong bias towards service, quality, and

Role:
- Manage the local site IT team
- Work with Site Leadership Team(s) to understand strategy and
business challenges
- Ensure the site remains abreast of and compliance with IT
global policies, procedures, and standards, as well as global IT
Service Levels and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Work with business and IT leaders to drive strategic
initiatives
- Partner with the Business Functional Leaders, Local IT, and
Global IT teams to deliver keyprograms and projects for the site,
such as ERP, LIMS, MES, Clinical applications
andBusiness/Manufacturing Intelligence to realize the business
cases
- Manage all IT priorities on site, including being the lead IT
contact for major IT projects
- Responsible for site IT asset management
- Act as site point of contact for IT infrastructure issues and
escalation
- Other duties as assignedThe Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, and/or management
information systems, required
- IT Service Delivery and ITIL experience required; certification
preferred
- ServiceNow experience, required
- Experience in biotech, pharma or life sciences manufacturing
and lab with anunderstanding of what is required in a Good
Manufacturing Process (GMP) environment, required
- Experienced in network, telecom, & server support,
required
- Experience with ERP systems implementation for a manufacturing
environment across supply chain processes, preferred
- Experience with manufacturing and laboratory systems in a
pharmaceutical environment, required
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and
occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
- Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but
not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership
programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may
