Job Position: Direct Hire - Bench Welder - Journey-level maintenance and repair Location: KANSAS CITY, MO 64125Pay Rate: $27.00/hr + up to $7 differential Shift: Nights 6p-6a 4 days a weekDescription: Welding and fabrication projects as part of the maintenance team

Must be able to fix something without a blueprint/fixing from scrapTroubleshoots complex equipment problems, and recommends time, equipment, and materials required to effect repairs; makes emergency repairs as requiredUses GMAW, GTAW, SMAW welding and Plasma cutting equipment to cut, heat, fabricate, and weld or braze various metals and/or metal alloy combinationsRequirements:
- AWS cert is a bonus, not required
- Must have solid work history with longevity in each position
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, push/pull 50 pounds
