OverviewStryten Energy factory near the Kansas City Airport is
growing and is searching for Production Operators with strong
mechanical skills, attention to safety and quality, proven
attendance record, and great work ethic. Associates will be
operating state-of-the-art casting and punch press machinery on a
two shift operation. Responsibilities include meeting production
goals; following standardized work practices, material handling;
quality checks; and embracing lean initiatives.Wages paid weekly
with rate of $24.96 with up to a $1.50 shift

this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each

- Set up and run all equipment per established standard operating
procedures
- Crosstrain on all functions of the operation (Casting, Punch,
and Material Handling)
- Must have strong mechanical ability to run equipment and make
necessary adjustments when needed
- Responsible for daily production reports and making accurate
production counts
- Perform appropriate 5s tasks as needed
- Participate in training and development programs including all
areas of environmental, health and safety issues, especially those
dealing with proper handling of hazardous materials and hazardous
waste
- Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned by
supervisor Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Must be able to work at fast pace
- Must have good work record, attendance, and possess good
communication skills
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
- Must have experience in mechanically related field.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Must be able to complete post offer background check and drug
screen
- High School diploma/GED preferred, not requiredPhysical
