About the RolePublic Storage is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assessing their storage needs, and making suggestions for selling packing and moving supplies.Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when requiredRequirements:
  • Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debrisWhat We Offer:
