Job Description:

About the RolePublic Storage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless storage experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:

Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help customers with payments and provide reminders and collection calls when necessaryRequirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a sales environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/outdoor environments
